Update 1:

Modification of incorporation guidelines by incorporating authority:

In the incorporation process, the Biotech tropicana Systems identified a modification brought by the incorporation authority in the incorporation guidelines. The incubation process of the Biotech tropicana Systems was initiated since 2000. Internal incorporation protocol of the Biotech tropicana Systems was developed based on old guidelines.

DECISION:

The Biotech tropicana Systems SHALL develop a new incorporation protocol to comply with the new guidelines set forth by the authority.

New internal incorporation protocol established.

The new incorporation protocol is made of three sub protocols any of which would comply with the new guidelines set forth by the authority while advancing the business interests of the Biotech tropicana Systems.

Sub protocol 1 released:

The critical registration phase 1 of the incorporation process of Biotech Tropicana Systems was successfully completed, in the jurisdiction of Kandi, Benin republic, within the territory of the African Union. The incorporation phase 2 will be deliberately delayed as permitted by state issued incorporation protocol. The incorporation phase 2 of Biotech tropicana Systems will resume after incorporation of the Biotech tropicana Corporation administrative and inter institutional unit of the Biotech tropicana Systems. This strategy will advance the business interests of the Biotech tropicana Systems while fully complying with all requirements set forth by the authority. This way any potential negative effect of incorporation protocol modification by addition of a new account will become ni and null effect on internal activities. The new challenge brought in the incorporation protocol, once more gave the biotech tropicana Systems an opportunity to confirm its superiority compared to weaker competitors who are striving for survival only by cheating with the rules set forth by the authority.
